Vegetarian Mushroom Curry
Simple vegetarian mushroom curry
This dish is not only easy to cook, but also very yummy.
Ingredients:
any mushroom 700-800 g
two large onions
7-8 cloves of garlic
a thumb of ginger
1 tablespoon of crush chilli
1/2 tablespoon of sweet paprika (for color)
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
5-6 stalks fresh chilli (optional)
How to cook:
Marinate mushrooms with turmeric and salt.
Heat oil in a wok and put the cut onions first, stir until the onion get light brown color.
Add crushed ginger and garlic and stir for a while
and add mushrooms, stir and covered with a lid.
Leave it on a medium heat for about 5 minutes and put chilli stalks, 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water, stir and then leave it covered for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Enjoy the delicious mushroom curry with steamed rice.
